Shipping Location

We currently ship Australia wide, with Australia post and Sendle. Please ensure your shipping and contact details are correct prior to submitting your order. If you notice your shipping details are incorrect please email us on timberntails@outlook.com to update them ASAP. All of our packages are packaged very carefully and securely so no damage occurs. Although once the product has left our warehouse, we are not responsible if it was to be lost or damaged by the courier.

If you are from outside Australia and would like to buy our products please email us on timberntails@outlook.com. Shipping outside Australia will be confirmed or denied on a case-by-case basis.
